Im paying monthly for Denali exchange data feed and also Denali activated exchange full CME group. Do I have to pay for both or which one do I have to pay for the data

What you are paying for is proper. There is a Data Feed Fee and the Exchange Fee. Both of these need to be paid in order to get the Real-Time data.
