Hi, I have opened my acct with AMP. I am not receiving SC real time data. I believe I have followed the directions as received in my last message from support. I think it has to do with payment. I am unclear if the payment is drawn from AMP automatically or if I have to go into payment and draw from the account myself. I have spent many hours now reading SC directions. If I am not in the right spot, please redirect.

You have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the Real-Time data. The first thing you need to do is to complete the two agreements on the following page in the section for Real-Time Agreements: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Since you are setup to have your Usage Time, Data Feed, and Order Routing Fees billed through AMP, then once you have the agreements above signed, you will need to let AMP know that they can finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you. You will need to let them know what exchange(s) you want to have activated.
