Problems with my chartbook

Hi

Since 2 months i have an problem my chartbook.
Every 2 / 3 weeks of use , the chartbook stay freezed. It don t load the charts and block all the Sierra program.
The chartbook since this moment is not useful anymore
I have to create another one but it s quite anoying cause i need set up all the time the new one.
Can you help me with that ? and what are the cause?
