For some reason, I can't screen shot that page but when I choose Analysis, studies is grey and F6 doesn't do anything. All items under Spreadsheet are grey, and most items under Tools are grey. I have attached a screen shot that says No studies authorized for Data Complete Inc. |

It sounds like you do not have a chart open. You have to have an active chart in order to be able to access the items that you are mentioning. Refer to the information here: Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading: Open A Chart As to the Custom Studies, that is not a problem unless you have paid for a custom study and it is not showing up there.
