I am trying to upgrade SC from 2186 to the current version 2196. I can download SierraChartFileDownloader.exe okay but when I go to run the program the screen just flashes and nothing happens. I have tried running it as Administrator but that did nothing. I tried uninstalling Sierra Charts completely but that did nothin. Attached is the log file.

Not sure why there is a problem. There is insufficient information in the log . Maybe it is getting blocked by security software on your system.
