Hello, I have disabled Trade Simulation Mode on but my orders are still going into simulation mode. Whenever I place an order the simulation mode gets on. Please help how I can place real orders to exchange? Also I do not see account balance in Sierra from my AMP account? Where can I see profit loss for active and historical trades? Is my AMP account set right? I cannot get out of simulation mode, all orders are going to Sim.

You need to finish the setup of your Sierra Chart for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
