Hello Is it possible to combine Hand and Chart Values/Crosshair? To be able to move the chart like Hand, at the same time view levels on Chart/linked Charts like Crosshair. And for example, disabling the Crosshair by clicking on the mouse wheel (if needed) Thank You.

You can try setting 'Action When Other Tools Selected' to 'Always Enabled When Using Other Tools'. See: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Values/Crosshair
