unable to get rid of error message when opening chartbook

I've been trying to get rid of this error message for a while but can't figure out what's causing it.
I closed the bonds chart, the redid it completely but error is still there. Can you please assist?

What is the error message specifically? We do not see anything in usual in that log.

that's the error, the log keeps coming up every time i open the chartbook
