I'm seeing some way out of wack prints today on TSLA. What are we supposed to do about these? Chart here: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1598978684799.png

Do you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Include Odd Lot Equity Trades enabled for the chart? Disable that option. We want you to re-download the data from before today following these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) That will remove these out of range values. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I'm seeing these out of rang values for several different equity symbols especially in the pre-market. I have disabled odd lot equity trades. I've even tried filtering out trades below 100 lots and that does not help. It's so bad the chart is unusable.

This is a problem that happens a lot and is the reason I no longer use sierra chart. Still trying to get refunded for a basically unusable product. See here: Erroneous bar data |
