I closed Sierra Chart after trading as usual. It is activated to open several Chartbooks. Now only 1 Chartbook is opened at each restart although the others are still activated. What can be the reason for this? |

Make sure those Chartbooks actually exist. I have checked everything but I cannot find the mistake. Where should the Chartbooks be? It surprises me that the Chartbooks can be opened by Manuel via File 1- 10. As soon as the Chartbooks are opened and I have worked with them and saved everything, the date of 13.07.20 10:43 is still there. How can that be? |

It seems like perhaps the Chartbook files are being saved to a different folder than the default. Are you using Chartbook Groups at all? Just verify where the chartbooks are actually being saved to. Close all of your Chartbooks and open one Chartbook through File >> Open Chartbook. Save it and then check the modified date. It should be current. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
