Hello Sierra - I have sent the message log for my screens and attached a PNG file of the problem. I tend to only use my broker for trade execution and do not watch the charts on the Broker (IG.com); instead I rely on Sierra, but I ended up losing a large trade because Sierra Prices failed to update even though the time ticked on. I tried rebooting Sierra and that didn't work either. At 17:15 UK time Tues 16 Jun 20 Sierra for USDCAD was at 13607 on and the Brokers price was at 13565 (42 pips difference). I checked EURUSD and there was also discrepancy and one that would not correct even after rebooting SIERRA.

This was an FXCM data issue which occurred for about an hour. This was not within our control.
