how do i know which chart linking number is NOT used yet?

is there a way to find this?

i'm looking through the cw menu and i have 30+ charts

some of the charts have longer names and hence the "L:" doesn't show in the row because it's pushed too far to the right

@support - please help

@support

please help

any hints?

there must be a way to identify which link number IS NOT USED

every time i link it to something that already has a number, it messes up my other charts

anyone else know how to do this?

i have mostly detached charts and so Color Chart Tabs with Chart Link Number Color (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 4) (General Settings Window: Color Chart Tabs with Chart Link Number Color (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Charts)) doesn't work

so i look at Window >> Windows and Chartbooks:
Window, CB and CW Menus

but it's all listed in a single column and scrolling through each to look for "L:#" is a pain

if only the linked charts are color coded in the 'cw' menu, or 'Windows and Chartbooks'

hummmmmmmmm

I have linking with the link/color number displayed in the corner of chart header... See attached. This makes it pretty easy to see a color and number for used links.

any chance this can be implemented?

i'm running like 60+ charts on a chartbook

it's a real pain to manually check which link number HAS NOT BEEN USED yet...

I have linking with the link/color number displayed in the corner of chart header... See attached. This makes it pretty easy to see a color and number for used links.

unfortunately chart header method won't work because i have many charts hidden as they are for study/overlay only... so right now i have to go through the 'cw' menu to check :(

thank you in advanced

:)
