Order does not cancel with IB

                I cancelled an order (chart) trading with IB, but the order remains in the chart and it keeps saying "Pending Cancel". How do I cancel this order and why does this happen?  |

                Check your order presets in TWS. It may be that your exceeding your size limitations.
