I have set the DOM update interval to 100ms and the updates per second seem slow and sluggish. I did not experience this issue on the SC data feed prior to switching to "Denali".

I'm running Windows Server 2016 and have now disabled anti malware and firewall. I have also followed the other steps in Help Topics 4 and 30. Can you please let me know if in Data and Trade Service Settings I should be connected to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" or "SC Data - All Services". I am on the former but did not notice any lag when connected to the latter. I am using Denali/CME only. I am also using a separate "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" on my DOMs. I am only running 6 DOMs with no studies on a modern machine. And I have a 100/10 mbit line. I did not experience this issue on the SC data feed prior to switching to "Denali". There is essentially no difference between these data feeds. Can you please let me know if in Data and Trade Service Settings I should be connected to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" or "SC Data - All Services". It does not matter.Be sure to refer to this section: Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds We think this is the cause: I am also using a separate "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" on my DOMs. The updating will be based upon the trading activity of that symbol.

We think this is the cause: "I am also using a separate "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" on my DOMs." The updating will be based upon the trading activity of that symbol. Thank you. I have "Use as trade only symbol" checked. Would it be possible to amend this behaviour in the next release? In the current volatility I understand that many traders have reduced their position sizes to keep risk exposure constant and there must be a lot of demand for using the emini contract's DOM but executing in the micro contract. |

I have "Use as trade only symbol" checked. Therefore, this could not be the cause of the issue. We cannot spend further time on this.
