hi, My charts are lagging heavily, and the timer keeps freezing. as u can see i have the clock study open, and the timing does not coincide with the timer on the top right hand in the photo. I have checked my PC and it is either a sierra chart issue or with the data feed. Am currently using the denali feed which i have activated. please assist |

Is your computer's clock set correctly? The timer is not going to continuously update unless it is set to. the clock setting is fine, the feed seems to be lagging, sometimes with a 2-3 second delay sometimes with a 5-6 second delay. the price just freezes for those seconds.

This is not unusual because the market is not always continuously trading.
