Hey guys, since few days and using the 9th version, I got this "download failed" message after loading intraday charts for every single chartbook (Im not using a pquote board.) Everything is working fine, but its just annoyingly. Would be really glad. regards |

Do this for one of the charts where you have seen this error: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
