Bars and Price Line not updating?

Hi,

Suddenly the bars are not updating anymore and the price line study will stay at one price level as the price indicator keeps moving in accordance to the price.

I'm on v2058 and Denali, I'm on the NQ instrument.

Any ideas?

(I know, the image I have uploaded is just a static image, but the bar is just sitting there, not redrawing and the price line is just sitting there, the darker yellow box is the actual price box, that keeps moving).

Most likely because the Session Times settings in the chart are filtering out the current data:

But, it was all working fine a minute ago. I have not changed anything. Please see the attached video.

(Nothing is moving or refreshing apart from the DOM and the price-box).

The Quote window is fine, which means my data feed is (potentially) fine.

Ok. It is fixed now. Thanks for the link. The session times were messed up some-how. I swear I have not touched anything related to session times.

Hello,

I have exact same issue and its on NQ chart with Teton Data feed. My 2nd instance of Sierra with Rhitmic feed is totally fine. It just randomly cut out at 9pm last night. I followed the links you provided with session times and it didn't work. ES feed is fine for now.

If you are still having an issue with the data then we need to see your Message Log from the instance where the issue is occurring, by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
