Sierra don't work with two accounts from Bitmex

                Hello! Can you help me? Sierra don't work with two accounts from Bitmex - any updates near 2-3 hours. Payment - is ok. API - is ok. System is 64bit. Also I've checked then field "Find symbol" is free without any trading symbols and this message: The response for symbol setting was empty, so the symbol settings file was not created. How I can find avalianle symbols? I meant that I don't have this menu: """To open a chart select File >> Find Symbol from the main menu. In the list, select BitMEX >> Get BitMEX Symbols to access the Live data and trading symbols. Or, select BitMEX Testnet >> Get BitMEX Symbols to access the Testnet data and trading symbols."""                 Also one more problem. When I try to open position - Sierra is open Trade Simulation mode on instead real trading. How I can solve this? Thanks  |

                SC Data - is working all - symbols, etc, but not real trade! Bitmex trading - not working (message - download failed). Version of Sierra 2048-2049. I can't wait long time (I've pay for Sierra account each month).  |

                The problem with the File >> Find Symbol window being empty is resolved. Open that window again.

                I've do this and I can't trade with real money, because Sierra is open Trade Simulation Mode instead real trading. When I try to open real order - Sierra all time open orders with Trade Simulation Mode. I turn it off all the time and still it turns on automatically. Also when I've open Data/Trade Service Setting and open Bitmex Trading Direct - any updates on charts! When I've open SC Data - All Services - I see updates but Sierra all time change real trading to simulation! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-02-15 11:46:03

                I don't know, maybe I can use your online help with teamviewer? Because I see good momnet to open position with BTC, but I can't trade with real money...                 You do need to set Sierra Chart to use the BitMex Trading Direct service. Instructions are on this page: BitMEX Trading Service Otherwise, the orders will be simulated.
