Hello! Can you help me? Sierra don't work with two accounts from Bitmex - any updates near 2-3 hours. Payment - is ok. API - is ok. System is 64bit. Also I've checked then field "Find symbol" is free without any trading symbols and this message: The response for symbol setting was empty, so the symbol settings file was not created. How I can find avalianle symbols? I meant that I don't have this menu: """To open a chart select File >> Find Symbol from the main menu. In the list, select BitMEX >> Get BitMEX Symbols to access the Live data and trading symbols. Or, select BitMEX Testnet >> Get BitMEX Symbols to access the Testnet data and trading symbols."""
