Study overlay from 60 min chart not aligning on another chart

I used studies to display hourly average range bands above and below the open of each 60 min bar. I want to display these on a lower timeframe chart but the alignment is not perfect when using study overlay. If you see the images attached it's easier to understand, but on the start on a new 60 min bar the overlay shifts back 30 mins. Obviously both charts are set to the same time period settings.
