Can't get out of simulation mode

I just sent a request because I have up the trade service log and ca't get it to shut down. I just realized that my whole platform is in simulation mode. I try to go to TRADE clear simulation mode but the TRADE task bar deosn't stay fixed long enough for me to go to clear sim... None of the options stay fixed long enough for me to do anything such as File ot TOOLS and then line--can't get to anything If I need to do a phone call I will pay for it I just need to get my platform back Thanks, Carol |
