Hi: I had a DLL cpu exception error. I closed the platform and brought it back up again. I had about 10 CHT files, now I have one. Is there some place you make any kind of backup of charts in case someone has a crash like a blue screen of death etc. Right now all my charts except one are MIA. Thanks: Joe |

A backup is made every time you save a Chartbook. There is not a need to do them more often. So this would mean you did not save a Chartbook for the last 4 to 5 days. . I had about 10 CHT files, now I have one.
Also, for a Chartbook to actually just not even be listed in File >> Open Chartbook means some kind of a problem with the storage on your system. That really is very unusual. We recommend running a backup of the Sierra Chart folder periodically. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
