A backup is made every time you save a Chartbook. There is not a need to do them more often. So this would mean you did not save a Chartbook for the last 4 to 5 days. . I had about 10 CHT files, now I have one. Also, for a Chartbook to actually just not even be listed in File >> Open Chartbook means some kind of a problem with the storage on your system.
