Trade Window blocks out Chart Settings

                Within the last few days, when I add the Trade Window to a chart I can no longer access the Chart Settings.  And when I subsequently delete the Trade Window from that very same chart the Chart Settings can again be accessed.  I am running 64bit and have always done so.  Things are really screwed up all of a sudden and I have done nothing new.
