I couldn't find this anywhere. I would like to be able to manipulate the data of when a new candle forms. For example, on a 60 minute candle chart of CL, I would like it to change to a new candle at the "bottom" of the hour, instead of the top. For example, a new 60 min candle would form at 9:30 versus 10. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
