Share drawings between computers

I have 2 computers. 1 is the main trading computer, where I do most of my work and execute trades. I also have another laptop, which I would like to use to analyze the charts and add drawings when I'm away from the main computer. I would like to somehow keep the drawings in sync. Is this possible?
