HI I have several friends using Searra charts and other charting platforms and it would seem that my data is not coming out the same as theirs. An example of this was on NAT GAS inventory when price showed the move on the 7:29 candle ( Pacific) not the 7:30 candle. Looking closer there are many discrepancies like this. i will include screen prints so you can see the difference. It seams small but it makes a world of deference in my trading. thanks |

We see you are using Interactive Brokers. Refer to: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Interactive Brokers Market Data Problems You will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for good accurate data. Here is the information for this data feed and instructions: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Also when posting an image of a chart we will only accept this method here and no other: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi and thanks for the reply. I don't believe it the the data feed as all my friends are also using Interactive brokers and that date feed. and it works fine. I am switched from esignal to sierra charts for the reason of just using IB data and not paying for 3rd party data like a esignal. It is something else. Have you had anyone else with this issue? |

First, we do not know what the precise issue is because that was not clearly communicated. We are not going to struggle to look at a chart image and try to figure that out. You need to communicate that in such way, that we will recognize it in 10 seconds. If you want to post a chart image we will only accept that if you follow the method here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image But in the case of Interactive Brokers, this is really beside the point. There is this section on the interactive Brokers page titled Market Data Problems which we linked to above: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Interactive Brokers Market Data Problems What does that tell you?
