I use the replay option fairly often. This weekend when I try to use it I set my chart to the portion I want to replay and hit play, it takes me to 9/27. When I go back to 9/22, it takes me back to July. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks.

This is unusual. It sounds like there is out of order data in the chart.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

In this example I am trying to replay the chart from Friday morning, October 27. I try to replay from this point:

After I hit the replay button the replay chart moves to 5 pm Central time and produces the following replay:

How do I eliminate out of order data.

Thanks.

There must be out of order data somewhere in the chart. The first thing to do is to set the Continuous Contract Chart Setting to None and see if there still is a problem:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

If there is, you will need to fully re-download the data in the chart.

To fully re-download the data for a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow the instructions here:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Otherwise, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

I have tried to follow the above suggestions and I have had no luck.

I still had a problem after setting continuous contract to none.

I then tried to re-download all the date for a continuous futures contract chart and finally I tried the Edit>>Delete All Data and Download and nothing has worked.

Any other suggestions you might have?

OK we realize what the problem is. On the Replay Window Uncheck Use Start Date-Time.
