I attached a screenshot of the GBP/AUD chart to show what I am seeing. It seems isolated to this specific pair because I am not experiencing any issues with any other instruments. For example, the GBP/CAD pair is fine & I've attached a screenshot for comparison. It seems to be a data issue but I'm not sure? Here's my setup: Sierra Chart's Package 5 - so Numbers Bars are included and they work on other instruments that I trade Sierra Chart Build Version 1559 SC Forex Data (FXCM) |

The problem is there are too many numbers overlapping each other vertically and they are getting hidden. This doesn't resolve the issue as I have had the same tick settings for several years and the GBPAUD & GBPCAD tick size settings have always been the same because when trading these instruments they both have the same number of decimal places (4) versus let's say GBPJPY which has 2. I have both GBPCAD & GBPAUD Tick Size setting set to 0.001000 & GBPJPY is set to 0.100000 to account for the difference in it's decimal places. So, this still isn't making sense why out of no where my GBPAUD charts are no longer working. The only thing that makes sense is it's not being fed the proper data. Furthermore it's taking an abnormal amount of time to load GBPAUD charts vs any other instrument. I've attempted to enter incorrect Tick Size Settings and the Numbers Bars are still blank so I do not know what is causing the issue. Please investigate another reason & advise what I should do to remedy this issue. With kindest regards |

Make sure that Chart >> Chart Settings >> Volume at Price Multiplier is set to 1 for the chart.
