Hi, I am practicing with my FXCM demo account but it happened before on other trading services too. Sometimes, because of one or the other reason, one or more orders are still remaining in the charts. When I try do delete them it is not possible and I receive a message. Look at the image. I tried over and over again but until now I don't succeed in removing these "orders". Please, can you help me with this problem. Thanks. |

We see this. And we are implementing a solution. Part of the problem is that the FXCM order status on an order cancel reject from the FXCM server is not reliable according to our notes. So we are ignoring it. We are implementing a patch now and we will do some further testing and come up with a better solution later today. For now these orders have been cleared. We are taking the FXCM Demo Standard order routing server off-line for about 30 minutes to work on a proper solution for this.
