Yes that is the correct symbol and we need to prepare documentation for how to use the Numbers Bars study with these types of symbols. It requires an adjustment to the Tick Size. We will have this done by the end of the day today. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. i am attaching another volume question pls check the attached screenshot on the left you can see a spike in the bitcoin and the volume is indicating on 478 units while the same spike in price is shown on the right side through another data collector where you can see the volume was 340,000$ (which is ~ 136 bitcoins) so my question is again how this volume indicator is being counted thanks! |

The only way to see the true volume for a Bitcoin/crypto currency symbol is to use the Volume-Bitcoin study. one last question, is there is an aggregated symbol which has all exchanges feed? check please the attached screen shot where i set the btc chart to be delta chart for amount of 200 but since the trades done or tiny moves, the delta match the criteria which is causing wrong values Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. In response to post #8, the Volume study shows the quantity traded for the duration of the chart bar. That is all we can say. Any other questions are outside the scope of our support. In the case of symbols which use fractional quantities, the volume that Sierra Chart will report is not 100% exact. It will be slightly less. Perhaps it is underreporting it by 1%. Certainly not overreporting it. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
