Current Tool Config menu has grayed out options

Hello I am using v.1008 Pkg 5 and I was trying to choose "Config 2" under "Tools -> Current Tool Config" menu but that is grayed out. What am I doing wrong? http://screencast.com/t/4JIt70pef5 Thanks. |
