the only way i can open my charts is by redownloading it each time...i never got an icon to use..how do i get one?

Install Sierra Chart again from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#download When the installation is complete you should now have the shortcuts on the Desktop and Start Menu. There are options to install shortcuts on the Installer window interface. You needed to manually enable those, but now they are enabled by default. ty that worked...NOW...my question is...i have one day left on my free trial..but i have a TD ameritrade account..don't i get the charts for free using them ? and if so...how can i make the charts be LIVE not SIM? thx |

1. Your account has been activated and/or reset. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.
