I Sucessfully added to the additional services acct this morn but when I tried to PAY FOR adding time to the regular subscription your system rejects the Cred Card because the EXPIRE is WRONG...your system says 13 and I need that changed to 18 I would appreciate you changing that to either BLANK so I can enter the proper numbers 18 (eighteen) I tried every way since sunday and failed every way... and its the ONLY CC I use... May be that expiration value is saved temporarily by your browser , but you can always change particular expiration year in the edit box it is displayed in. You should have no problem with this. We do not have the ability to do that because the information is not stored. We do see the most recent payment indicating there was a "decline" but the reason may not be for what you think it is. I can not do anything re my CC as it was compromised and some hackers got it.. Could you tell me how much Time I have paid for and how much $ in the extra data feed is in there? Give me an aprox date when the account will not have funds to pay for time a or data time... If you could e-mail that to me I'd appreciate it...... Thanks Hal |

There have been been three separate refunds made to your payment cards totaling about USD181. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is going to end at the end of the month. The usage time on your account will end January 15. These are not refundable. At this point, you are all done and you do not need to do anything further. You can be on your way.
