Charts not updating correctly with SC DATA, is ok with CTS DATA

Starting around 2:04pm ET, the charts I use were not updating correctly from the SC Data feed.
When I went to the CTS feed, they are correct.
Going back to the SC feed, same error.

What's going on with the SC Data feed ??

Your Sierra Chart account does not have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active.

Most likely it was canceled due to an insufficient balance.

Market Data Account: Barchart Account has been flagged for cancellation at end of current billing period on the Barchart system. Reason for cancellation: Insufficient Balance.| Barchart result: OK

I PAID THE BILL AND HAVE THE RECEIPT TO SHOW IT !!!

AND I PAID IT BEFORE EXPIRATION !!!

The payment was not in time. It was 40 minutes late. If you are making a payment in the last hour you are taking a chance with the data feed getting automatically canceled.

You just need to reactivate the data feed here:

There is no harm here. The payments you made are on the Additional Services Balance.
