new bars not drawing in real time. DOM graph on chart updates, but price bars do not update. this is happening a lot lately and is obviously unacceptable for live trading.

i have been through all the help topics on this and nothing applies. bars are not drawing but the charts are set up properly, and the DOM is flashing/receiving new data just fine. HELP

this problem has recurred. it is intermittent. i have no idea what is causing this but it is business-stopping and i need a resolve ASAP.

again, the DOM is flashing/receiving new data just fine so the first two bullets do not apply ? there are only 3 charts in this chartbook, two with about 175 studies each. all use the same symbol, 6EHS. when i open a new chartbook with one simple chart of the same symbol (with the main dysfunctional one still open in the background), this chart updates just fine. switching back to the others, they do not update. disconnecting & reconnecting the feed does not help by itself. closing the program and reopening SOMETIMES helps, sometimes not.

The documentation says: When you have gone over the symbol limit, you will still see the price box on the right side of the chart move up and down, but the chart bars will not update. On the Status Bar on the control bar after ST, what is the number? when i open a new chartbook with one simple chart of the same symbol (with the main dysfunctional one still open in the background), this chart updates just fine. switching back to the others, they do not update. This would seem to indicate the problem is being caused by the studies on the chart in some way. Therefore, when you notice this problem remove all of the studies from the chart.
