chandlestick bars not updating

realtime data feed from interactivebrokers. IB's chart is fine. SC could not finish downloading historical data automatically when starting, have to delete all data and download, when downloading finishes, latest three bars are missing and chart is not able to update new bars. what could be the problem? TIA
