Is it possible to assign the Chart calculator function to the depression of the scroll wheel?

We would not know. Certainly there is no way within Sierra Chart to do this.

Yes I have it set as that with my mouse. You have to have a programmable mouse, I have a cheap Logitech mx310 and I just use the Logitech software to assign the hotkey of the calculator tool to it.
