My choices of colors for arrows seems to have changed. How can I install a particular color, or change the choice of available colors, in the palette in the drop down color menu?

Yes. Draw an arrow, with the pointer over that arrow right click on "color", and 8 color choices are displayed. How do I change one of the color options to a color I prefer?
