What's the difference between "GBL-201506-DTB" and GBL-201506-DTB-EUR-1000". German bund, I'm using IB data. The reason for this question is that when using the tick chart, I get different charts. Which one gives me the correct data?

The correct symbol would be what you see listed in File >> Find Symbol because that means there are symbol settings in Sierra Chart which exist for it.

Ok, I have made 2 charts, both 15 minutes with number of trades below. If I use the symbol from the Find Symbol list, I get the chart on the right side, if I use GBL-201506-DTB-EUR-1000, which is not in the list, I get the left chart. Seems to me that the left one is the correct one.

Additional information: I have done a data reload, and now both are more or less the same. But still this is strange, because (just to be sure) I have both running live with realtime IB feed. Only after a reload, the number of ticks is correct.

Hmmm, seems both are not running correct data. If I let it run with live data, all the number of trades bars are 240 (with both formats). If I do a data reload, they both are correct till the update, thereafter again bars of 240.

The only way to be assured of complete and accurate historical and real-time data is to use the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Otherwise, you will have the problem you are describing. Unless there is a reason not to use the symbol in File >> Find Symbol, that is the symbol to use. You should also have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled and re-download the data in the chart to get the historical data from the Sierra Chart server other than the most recent 10 minutes.
