Hello, I am trying to access www.sierrachart.com from Bogota, Colombia and I am getting a message that it requires authetication, do you know how to bypass this? I enter the username and password that it ask for but nothing happens. TKS |

We do not see how it is the Sierra Chart website causing the display of that authentication prompt. It must be from proxy server that the ISP is using.
