Hello, I am noticing that the candles and time on my charts are not in sync. For example: right now it is 10:13 am and the candlestick is showing up as 10:00 am (on the 10 min timeframe). Can this be looked into please because when I try to place orders they are being rejected. The trade service log is telling me that "order price is outside of bands." The reason for this is that you do not have any exchanges active for the CME Group, so you are getting the delayed streaming data and not the real-time data.
