Hello, I am noticing that the candles and time on my charts are not in sync. For example: right now it is 10:13 am and the candlestick is showing up as 10:00 am (on the 10 min timeframe). Can this be looked into please because when I try to place orders they are being rejected. The trade service log is telling me that "order price is outside of bands."
