Hi there, looks like my account has been deactivated beacause "expired". But by the time is not. What happen? What have I to do? Thanks Action Result: [✖] Failed to activate the 'CME non-professional top-of-book' exchange. [✖] Exchanges cannot be activated. Account is expired. |

It says will expire on 2026-11-11 [ ! ] Your Services Balance of 9.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account which will expire within the upcoming 14 days (2026-11-11). |

To cover the recurring services for the upcoming 14 days (2026-11-11), your balance needs to be at least 46.00 USD. I always have paid for a monthly subscription, why now is telling me to pay to cover the recurring services for the upcoming 14 days? |

The following statement: "...account which will expire within the upcoming 14 days (2026-11-11)." Is not telling you that your account will expire on November 11, 2026. It is telling you that you have something that will expire within the next 14 days (sometime between now and November 11, 2026). Your account did expire on October 24, 2026. Since you are setup to renew to the "Integrated Advanced" package, as soon as you have at least $46.00 in your account, your account will activate to that package. You can add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop -- With regards to the exchanges, you may want to wait until November 1, 2026 to activate them. The exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you were to activate an exchange today (October 28, 2026), you would pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data for the remaining time in October, then you would need to pay again on November 1, 2026 to get the data for November.
