Update Sierra Charts and lost all studies and settings

Do you know what happened, is there a way to go back? Can I keep the old settings or reuse them? If I update back to an older version will all work again? How do i find which version I was in in the past? Please help, tks |

With the latest releases of Sierra Chart there are changes to ACSIL that require a recompile of the studies. If you get your studies from a third party, then you will need to contact them regarding getting you updated versions of the studies. All of the information related to these changes is in this thread: Upcoming Development and Internal Number Precision Improvement Project You can go back to the previous release you were on by selecting "Help >> Install Previous Version".
