No Data for NYMEX and COMEX Instruments

Hello, I cannot load data for any NYMEX(CL) or COMEX(GC) futures instrument on my prop firm account. I am able to load CME data and trade NQ and ES but not CL and GC. I have verified that the data loads on Rithmic's RTrader Pro. I have contacted the prop firm(Tradeify) I trade with and they suggested it is a Sierra Chart issue. To begin with, you are only setup to get data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you have the following exchange active: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Therefore, the data for NYMEX and COMEX would be coming from Rithmic. Given that you are getting the following error from Rithmic, we would have to believe that you are not setup to get the data for NYMEX and COMEX from Rithmic either: 2026-10-15 11:53:24.071 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: CLX6.NYMEX.
The simplest solution would be to add the COMEX and NYMEX exchanges to your Denali exchange selections. You can make changes at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you are wanting Market Depth data for the CME, COMEX, and NYMEX exchanges and you are going to activate COMEX and NYMEX now (in October), then the lowest cost way to do this is the following: - Activate the following two exchanges now (within October): -- COMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts -- NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - Then immediately "Deactivate" all three of those exchanges. You will continue to get the data through the end of October for all three of them, but you are setting them to not renew on November 1, 2026 - On November 1, 2026 (in UTC time zone), activate the following exchange: -- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts The "Full CME Group..." exchange options give you all four of the CME Group exchanges for the price of 3, so you might as well get all of them for the same price you paid in October just to get the 3 individual ones.
