I have basic tick based levels studies that arent working anymore with the latest update

There have been changes to the ACSIL structures such that all custom studies need to be updated and recompiled for the latest release. Refer to the information at the following link: Upcoming Development and Internal Number Precision Improvement Project If you want to go back to the previous version you were using, then select "Help >> Install Previous Version". John, I guess the developer of these studies has to update and recompile for the latest release or is the something the customer can do?

If you got these from a third party and they did not give you the .cpp files, then you will need to have the developer update and recompile for you.

User449884: That link is for adding files to a DLL Group that has been setup. You do not have groups setup, which is why that link is not working for you. Where did you get that link and what are you wanting to accomplish with it? The link, as given in that section, is for those users that use our distribution system for their studies. As we stated, you are not setup to distribute any studies, so that does not apply to you. If you developed your studies, then you need to recompile them. If you get your studies from a third party, then you need to talk to the developers of those studies to get updated versions of them.
