I have been having a problem with Global Settings -> Symbol Settings and Chart Settings -> Symbol Settings changing on their own and creating custom symbol settings when I haven't saved any custom symbol settings. Also, Chart Settings -> Symbol Settings -> Historical Price Multiplier does not match Global Symbol Settings Historical Price Multiplier when opening a new chartbook and new chart. I am using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and Teton Order Routing connected to AMP futures. Steps to Reproduce Chart Settings Issue Open Sierra Chart -> New Chartbook Find Symbol -> CLX26_FUT_CME -> Open Intraday Chart Open Chart Settings -> Symbol (Historical Price Multiplier is incorrect) Click Apply Global Symbol Settings Tick Size Changes From 0.01 to 0.010000 Click Apply All Tick Size Changes from 0.010000 to 0.010000000000000002 If I manually change the tick size back to 0.01 and click apply the chart settings automatically update the tick size to 0.010000000000000002 Symbol Settings Issue Open Global Settings -> Symbol Settings -> CL?##_FUT_CME Click Tick Size -> Update from Server - An Asterisk appears beside Tick Size although it hasn't changed. If at this point I click... Tick Size -> Reset to Default - the asterisk goes away But if I then click... Apply to commit changes to the CL?##_FUT_CME global symbol settings, the asterisk reappears. I have tried renaming the SymbolSettings folder, and deleting it before performing the above steps, so I am certain this problem was not caused by CustomSybmolSettings. I have also followed the steps listed in Reset Sierra Chart to a Default State only for these issues to reappear. I have also noticed if I perform the steps listed above under Symbol Settings Issue that a CustomSymbolSettings file is created after completing those steps.
