Hello, Please cancel my Sierra Chart account services, including my Service Package and all data feed subscriptions, and disable any automatic renewal or automatic payments on my account. I was charged 359 dollars on September 11, 2026. The software did not fit my needs and I have stopped using it. I am requesting a refund of my remaining Services Balance for the unused portion.
