Terrible support in sierra chart, is the worse thing this place have , dificult platform , but without direct support this is crazy when do you need something I have a delay of 15 min in chart data , i get data from interactive brokers, and in desktop app of interactive brokers its update. Their told ,me its problem from sierra chart no from them. But to contact a support chat in sierra chart is imposible or meaby their even don´t have it |

We need to see your Message Log for a single chart/symbol by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) -- With regards to our support, you first posted in someone elses thread, which was completely unrelated to your issue, and you did not even follow the instructions that were given there, and then you state that it did not work. We told you to post a separate ticket regarding this issue. You also posted in the Account Support Tickets, which are a lower priority than this Support Board for us. So that takes us longer to get to. If you had properly posted as a new ticket on the Support Board, then you would have gotten a response much faster. But, this is the process we use for our Support.
